In these Terms, "SongCode Finder", "we", "us" and "our" refer to GALAXYWAY AI LTD.

SongCode Finder provides a music metadata lookup assistance service.

Our service helps users search for and retrieve available catalogue metadata connected to Spotify track or album links. This may include, where available:

• - ISRC
• - UPC
• - EAN
• - Spotify Track ID
• - Spotify Album ID
• - track title
• - release title
• - artist name
• - original release date
• - track length
• - copyright information
• - phonographic copyright information
• - label information
• - other available catalogue metadata

SongCode Finder is intended to help artists, labels, managers, producers, rights holders and authorised representatives locate available metadata for record keeping, catalogue organisation, re-release preparation, distributor migration, and support-related purposes.

SongCode Finder does not:

• - distribute music
• - register music
• - assign ISRCs
• - assign UPCs
• - assign EANs
• - change any music platform data
• - claim ownership of any song, release, recording or catalogue
• - monetise your music
• - collect your royalties
• - administer your music rights
• - act as a distributor, label, publisher, collection society or rights registry
• - guarantee that any metadata will be available
• - guarantee that any recovered metadata will be accepted by a distributor, platform, label, registry or third party
• - provide legal, financial, copyright, royalty, accounting, tax or professional advice

The service is a metadata lookup assistance tool only.

SongCode Finder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Spotify, Apple, IFPI, TikTok, YouTube, SoundOn, TuneCore, DistroKid, CD Baby, Ditto, UnitedMasters, any distributor, any record label, any rights registry, or any music platform.

Any third-party names, platform names, trademarks, logos or references are used only to describe the source or type of metadata being searched or retrieved.

All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You understand and agree that results depend on what is available in platform catalogue metadata at the time of lookup.

We do not guarantee that a lookup will return:

• - an ISRC
• - a UPC
• - an EAN
• - a release date
• - copyright information
• - phonographic copyright information
• - a Spotify Track ID
• - a Spotify Album ID
• - label information
• - complete metadata
• - accurate metadata
• - current metadata
• - historical metadata
• - distributor information

Some releases may have incomplete, missing, incorrect, unavailable or restricted metadata. Some links may no longer work. Some songs may have been removed, hidden, delisted, region-restricted, merged, replaced, duplicated, re-uploaded, or altered by platforms or third parties.

A successful lookup means only that SongCode Finder has attempted to retrieve available metadata from platform data. It does not mean that the metadata is complete, official, legally verified, or guaranteed to be accepted elsewhere.

By using SongCode Finder, you confirm that one of the following applies:

• - you are the artist connected to the submitted song or release
• - you are the rights holder
• - you are the label, manager, producer, publisher, administrator or authorised representative
• - you have permission from the relevant artist, rights holder or authorised party
• - you are using the service for lawful research, record keeping, catalogue management or rights administration purposes

You must not use SongCode Finder to harass, impersonate, mislead, defraud, exploit, claim, interfere with, or wrongly obtain information relating to another person's music catalogue.

We may refuse, suspend or cancel a lookup if we believe the service is being misused.

When you use SongCode Finder, you may submit information such as:

• - artist name
• - album or release title
• - Spotify track URL
• - Spotify album URL
• - old distributor name
• - notes about a release
• - your name
• - your email address
• - your contact message
• - your artist experience story
• - payment-related order information

You are responsible for making sure that the information you submit is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.

You must not submit information that is false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, threatening, unlawful, private, confidential without permission, or harmful.

SongCode Finder may offer a free search feature.

The free search is intended to help users identify possible Spotify tracks, albums or catalogue links. Free search results may not reveal ISRC, UPC, EAN or full metadata.

Free search results are for guidance only and may be incomplete, incorrect or not the exact release you are looking for.

You are responsible for checking whether a result is the correct song, track, album or release before ordering a paid metadata report.

A paid metadata lookup report is a paid request for SongCode Finder to attempt to retrieve available metadata from a submitted Spotify track or album URL.

A paid report may include, where available:

• - ISRC
• - UPC
• - EAN
• - Spotify Track ID
• - Spotify Album ID
• - release date
• - track length
• - track title
• - release title
• - artist name
• - copyright information
• - phonographic copyright information
• - label information
• - other available metadata

The contents of a report depend on what is available from platform metadata and technical lookup results.

We do not guarantee that any specific field will be returned.

Pricing will be shown on the website before you place an order.

SongCode Finder may charge:

• - per single track lookup
• - per album lookup
• - per bulk lookup package
• - for custom or manual research services
• - for any other service shown on the website

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been paid for.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in British pounds sterling.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, such as Stripe.

We do not store your full payment card details.

By making a payment, you agree to the payment provider's applicable terms and privacy information.

Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorised or received.

If payment fails, is reversed, disputed, charged back or marked as fraudulent, we may suspend or cancel the order and any related report access.

Reports may be displayed on the website, made available through a results page, sent by email, or provided as a downloadable file such as CSV, JSON, PDF, text or another format.

We aim to provide reports promptly, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

Some lookups may require manual review or may take longer due to:

• - system maintenance

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or another location with statutory cancellation rights, you may have a legal right to cancel certain online purchases within a cooling-off period.

However, by ordering a paid metadata lookup, you may be asking us to begin providing the service immediately after payment.

Before checkout, we may ask you to confirm that:

Nothing in these Terms affects any legal rights you cannot waive under applicable law.

Because SongCode Finder provides a lookup service and not a guaranteed recovery service, payments cover the work of processing, searching, retrieving, generating and delivering a metadata report.

Refunds are not automatically available simply because:

• - a specific ISRC is missing
• - a specific UPC is missing
• - a specific EAN is missing
• - the result is incomplete
• - a platform does not provide a particular field
• - the metadata does not help with a distributor issue
• - a distributor refuses to accept the metadata
• - you submitted the wrong Spotify link
• - you chose the wrong track or album
• - a song cannot be found
• - a result is not what you expected

We may consider refunds at our discretion where:

• - a duplicate payment was taken
• - a technical error prevented any lookup from being attempted
• - the wrong service was charged due to our error
• - we are legally required to provide a refund
• - we choose to offer a goodwill refund

You must review all results carefully before relying on them.

You understand that platform metadata may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. You should verify important metadata with official sources where possible, such as:

• - your distributor
• - your label
• - your rights administrator
• - your publisher
• - your ISRC manager
• - your UPC provider
• - a music rights registry
• - the relevant platform
• - legal or professional advisers

SongCode Finder is not responsible for any decision you make based on a report.

SongCode Finder may help you locate metadata that could be useful when preparing to re-release music or move catalogue to another distributor.

However, we do not guarantee that:

• - a distributor will accept the metadata
• - a distributor will accept your re-release
• - a platform will link the new release to the old release
• - play counts will transfer
• - royalties will be recovered
• - catalogue history will be preserved
• - duplicate-release issues will be resolved
• - takedowns will be reversed
• - disputes will be resolved
• - ownership will be proven

Any re-release, distribution, copyright, metadata, royalty or catalogue migration decision is your responsibility.

SongCode Finder does not provide legal, copyright, royalty, accounting, financial, tax, distribution or professional advice.

Any content on the website, including educational pages, examples, reports, blog posts, emails, guidance and support messages, is for general information only.

You should seek independent professional advice where needed.

SongCode Finder may allow users to submit personal experiences about music distribution, takedowns, missing metadata, distributor access issues, catalogue migration or similar topics.

By submitting an experience, you confirm that:

• - the submission is based on your own genuine experience
• - the information is truthful to the best of your knowledge
• - you have the right to submit it
• - you are not submitting confidential information without permission
• - you are not submitting defamatory, abusive, threatening, unlawful or misleading content
• - you understand that we may edit, reject, remove or refuse publication

Submissions are not published automatically. We may review and moderate submissions before publication.

If you allow us to publish your experience, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, edit, format, excerpt and publish that submission on SongCode Finder and related promotional materials.

We may remove any published submission at any time.

We are not responsible for user-submitted content, but we may remove content if we believe it is inappropriate, unlawful, risky, inaccurate, defamatory, abusive, misleading or unsuitable.

You must not use SongCode Finder to:

You must not resell, copy, scrape, reproduce, commercially exploit, redistribute or create a competing service from SongCode Finder reports or website content without our written permission.

SongCode Finder may use or link to third-party platforms, websites, services or data sources.

We are not responsible for:

• - third-party availability
• - third-party metadata accuracy
• - third-party errors
• - third-party outages
• - third-party policy changes
• - third-party search results
• - third-party platform restrictions
• - third-party decisions about your music or catalogue

You use third-party sites and services at your own risk.

We aim to keep SongCode Finder available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may be unavailable, delayed, suspended or limited because of:

• - loss caused by distributor decisions
• - loss caused by platform decisions
• - loss caused by third-party errors
• - loss caused by re-release decisions
• - loss caused by reliance on a report
• - indirect or consequential loss
• - special or punitive damages

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim connected to an order or use of SongCode Finder will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

If you used a free service and made no payment, our total liability to you will be limited to GBP 10, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If you are using SongCode Finder on behalf of a business, label, company, organisation, artist, catalogue, estate, rights holder or other third party, you agree to indemnify GALAXYWAY AI LTD against losses, claims, costs, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from:

• - your misuse of the service
• - your breach of these Terms
• - your lack of authority to submit a release
• - your unlawful use of a report
• - your infringement of third-party rights
• - your false, misleading or defamatory submissions
• - any claim made by a third party because of information you submitted or actions you took

This indemnity does not apply to consumers where it would be unfair or unlawful under applicable consumer protection law.

Your use of SongCode Finder is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store full payment card details.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of the country where you live.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or SongCode Finder.
